The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs in Sri Lanka was responsible for supporting Members of Parliament (MPs) by providing office space, staff, salary services, and training. The Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development in Sri Lanka focuses on industrial growth, SME support, and entrepreneurship development.

The Ministry of Disaster Management in Sri Lanka is responsible for coordinating disaster preparedness, response, and recovery efforts. The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) operates under this ministry, providing early warnings, relief coordination, and risk reduction strategies.
