RAZAVI Medical Complex

is a state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility located within Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama, Sri Lanka. Built in partnership with Ahmad Tea and the Sri Lankan government, it features 373 beds, 5 operating theatres, a bone marrow transplant unit, and advanced oncology services. It’s part of the National Cancer Institute, offering free, specialized cancer care to patients across the country.

The National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL), located in Colombo, is the country’s largest and oldest government hospital, established in 1864. Spanning over 32 acres, it serves as the final referral center and largest teaching hospital in Sri Lanka, affiliated with the University of Colombo. With over 3,400 beds, 18 ICUs, and 21 operating theatres, NHSL handles millions of outpatient visits and thousands of surgeries annually. It’s a hub for specialized care in cardiology, neurology, nephrology, surgery, psychiatry, and more, and also houses training schools for nursing, radiography, physiotherapy, and pharmacy.
