Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves before gifting it to you, we will refund the gift giver directly.
