Tree Hunter’s Cry

Tree hunter’s cry
Once upon a time
There had a route
Full of trees
Either side of it
With plenty of flowers
Birds singing, berries hanging
We walked….
Freely & peacefully.

That story is no more
“DESIRE” cut them all
Just because of coins
Needed to enter the new world
“I CUT THE SILK ROUTE”.

Now I am old
Difficult to walk
Sun kicks my back
Roar me, to be fast
I am sick now
How can I?

The date I do not wish to see
Has come down to see me now
The work I have done in past
Eroded the present’s smart
Though I had done it alone
Many are here to face the results.
